Installation instructions, emblems, and all mounting hardware are included. The adapter for this C3 spinner kit fits the aluminum wheel center hole 3 3/32 inches in diameter, and this adapter fits the factory 1976-1982 aluminum Corvette wheels. Included is a 5/64 inch Allen wrench used for spinner set screws. Cones are sold separately #103037
