Like the one-piece design the two-piece model is internally thicker where the pad rides to allow heat to be drawn away from the fire path better. It's this feature that allows Baer to offer the original purchaser a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty against warpage. And like the one-piece unit the rotor ring is slotted, drilled, and zinc plated. The aluminum hat of the two piece design is made of billet aluminum that is anodized black. The hat is secured with stainless steel fasteners and it's the hat that allows each rotor to be almost 4lbs. lighter for less unsprung weight and improved handling. The front rotor for the EradiSpeed Plus is the same size as stock (12.75"). This item has additional shipping charges due to heavy weight or oversize dimensions.
