You’re in your 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, or 1988 Corvette, enjoying late night on the road, and your headlight goes out. The consequences could include not seeing obstacles in the road, being on the Police car radar, as well as just making your Corvette look sub-par! The problem could be your Corvette’s headlight actuator relay. When you turn on your headlights, you put power to the coil of a relay, which closes the electrical contact to your headlights. If the relay has gone bad, obviously an electrical contact cannot be made, and you will be out of luck as far as getting proper light coming from your Corvette when you need it. It’s time to get back on the road without any chances of being pulled over or getting into a wreck. Your 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, or 1988 Corvette was made to be noticed, but not for any imperfections!
